Pixel 3 standard hardware specs
Standard hardware specs for the new Pixel devices may include a Snapdragon 845 processor, 4GB RAM, a 12.2-megapixel main camera, and 8-megapixel dual-lens (standard and wide angle) set up for the front camera, front-facing stereo speakers, rear fingerprint sensors, and Android 9 Pie as the stock operating system.
Pixel 3 vs. Pixel 3 XL specs
The Pixel 3 is expected to feature a 5.5-inch display and a 2,915 mAh battery, while the Pixel 3 XL is expected to feature a 6.3-inch display with a pretty substantial top notch, and a 3,430 mAh battery.
Pixel 3 special features
The Pixel 3 will continue to use HTC’s squeeze technology in its Active Edge feature, which allows users to tightly grip the side of a device to perform special functions. There are currently no details on that the Active Edge functions will be for the Pixel 3.
Leaks have also revealed a wireless charging pad for the Pixel. Potentially called the Pixel stand, its design is similar to Samsung’s wireless charging station. It also bears resemblance to the Google Home Mini. Reports have noted that despite getting early access to the Pixel 3, Engadget did not confirm whether the device supports wireless charging.

Accessories
Having axed the headphone jack on the Pixel 2, Google seems to have equipped the Pixel 3 with all the bells and whistles it needs to function in the new USB-C era. The latest live leak revealed a host of accessories that will accompany the Pixel 3 in its original sale packaging, including USB-C earphones, a USB-C-to-3.5mm dongle, a USB-C-to-USB-C cable, a USB-C-to-USB-A dongle, and an 18W USB-C power adapter.
Price
Prices for the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL have not been revealed, but considering the Pixel 2 XL released for $849 and several rival flagships have already released this year in the $1000+ price range, there is a good chance Google may follow suit with super premium prices for its new smartphones. The smaller Pixel 3 will, of course, be the cheaper option and will likely stay in the sub $1000 category.
