If you didn’t know that clamshell phones are still a thing, they are, and Samsung will be announcing its latest device in China on November 9.
Rumored specs for the Samsung W2019 include the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chip, giving it a high-end configuration. Much like some older models, the device will feature two 4.2-inch displays on either side of its upper panel.
The device may also include AI features with Samsung’s Bixby software button and a Bixby button on its left side.

Rounding out its standard specs include a USB-C port, 1 12-megapixel dual-lens camera setup, and a 3,000 mAh battery. The Samsung W2019 may lose its fingerprint scanner and may also release without a headphone jack.
Recently leaked photos of the device suggest it may come in a rose gold color variant. Its prospective price is CNY17,000 ($2,500). The Samsung W2019 will likely sell as a luxury, limited edition device in the markets where it will be available.
