The Sony Xperia 10 and Xperia 10 Plus smartphones are available as of Monday, selling through Amazon and Best Buy. The Xperia 10 is available for $349.99 and the Xperia 10 Plus for $429.99.
Best Buy has a number of deals for consumers looking to save a few dollars when purchasing either of these devices. The Sony Xperia 10 and Xperia 10 Plus are eligible for a $100 discount when new owners activate a new line of mobile service when purchasing a device. The unlocked smartphones are compatible with the standard GSM carriers, AT&T and T-Mobile, but will also work on the Verizon network.
Verizon has partnered with Sony, offering new subscribers a $250 pre-paid Mastercard when they bring an unlocked Xperia 10 and Xperia 10 Plus to the carrier and activate it online.
Sony’s latest mid-range duo include dual-camera setups are a highlight feature. The Sony Xperia 10 features a 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel dual-lens setup and an 8-megapixel front camera. The Sony Xperia 10 Plus features a 12-megapixel and 8-megapixel dual-lens setup, with an 8-megapixel front camera.
Other features on the Xperia 10 include the Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 chip, 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage with microSD expansion up to 512GB, and a 2,870mAh battery. The Xperia 10 Plus features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chip, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage with microSD expansion up to 512GB, and a 3,000mAh battery
Both models have USB-C ports and retain their 3.5mm headphone jacks. For software, the devices run Android 9 Pie.
