T-Mobile has introduced the latest smartphones under its own brand, called REVVL, which include two budget-friendly devices that will be available starting July 19 at carrier stores and online.
The REVVLRY and REVVLRY+ have full retail prices of $200 and $350 respectively. Broken down in T-Mobile’s equipment payment plan, the REVVLRY will sell for $0 down and $8.34 per month for 24 months, but consumers can get the device for free when they add a new line. The REVVLRY+ will sell for $14 down and $14 per month for 24 months.
T-Mobile showcased an unboxing for the REVVLRY and REVVLRY+, showcasing pretty solid specs for such budget-friendly devices. The REVVLRY features a 5.7-inch HD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 chip, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, a 13-megapixel main camera, and 8-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 3000 mAh battery with 10W charging.
The device comes in black and runs Android 9.0 Pie. It also supports LTE CAT 6 and the 2,4,5,7,12,38,66,and 71LTE Bands. The REVVLRY also features several common biometrics, including face unlock and a fingerprint sensor. T-Mobile also detailed that the device is water repellent but does not divulge and official rating. It’s dimensions are 5.85 X 2.81 X 0.32in.
The REVVLRY+ features a 6.24-inch FHD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chip, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, a 16-megapixel and 5-megapixel dual rear camera and 12-megapixel front camera, and a 3000 mAh battery with 27W TurboPower charging.
The device also comes in black and runs Android 9.0 Pie, and has the same face unlock and fingerprint sensor biometrics, and an IP54 water resistance rating. Its dimensions are 6.24 X 2.9” X 0.34in.
