The OnePlus Nord N300 5G is now available at T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile as of Thursday, selling for $228.
Continuing the popularity of its Nord series in North America, the OnePlus Nord N300 5G follows the OnePlus Nord N200, which is expected to sell over 1.5 million devices before the end of 2022, according to the brand. Overall, the Nord series has sold approximately 2.5 million handsets in the U.S. alone, with the aim of maintaining the affordable premium spirit that originally drew many fans to OnePlus.
The OnePlus Nord N300 5G features a 6.56-inch HD+ display at 90 Hz refresh rate and 20.15:9 aspect ratio, a MediaTek Dimensity 810 chip, 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage with expandable memory up to 1TB, a 5000mAh battery with 33W SUPERVOOC fast charging support, Android 12 software with an OxygenOS overlay, and Midnight and Jade color options.
The camera system on the OnePlus Nord N300 5G includes a 48-megapixel main lens with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture, in addition to a 16-megapixel front camera with an f/2.0 aperture. Video features include 1080p and 720p at 30 fps, slow motion 720p video at 120 fps, and time-lapse 1080p video at 30 fps. Other camera features include HDR, Portrait, Pro Mode, Panorama, Slow Motion, Time Lapse, Extra HD, Nightscape, and AI Scene Detection.
Security features on the handset include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, as well as Face Unlock. Its input includes USB-C, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a nano-SIM and microSD slot.
For connectivity, the device supports 5GNR, MIMO: 5GNR, LTE-FDD, LTE-TDD, WCDMA, GSM, LTE/LTE-A, and Wi-Fi. It is also Bluetooth 5.3 certified, and NFC enabled, among other connectivity features.
