Samsung’s latest 860 QVO solid-state drive will be available December 16 and offers 1TB of memory for just $150. There will also be 2TB and 4TB options, which will obviously be a bit more expensive but overall the manufacturer aims to make higher SSD storage capacities more affordable.
There is no word on when the larger models will be available, but all models will come with a three-year limited warranty.
The Samsung 860 QVO comes in a 2.5-inch frame and supports writing speeds up to 550/520 MB/s and reading speeds up to 97K/89K IOPS. Checkout out more specs for the solid-state drive below.
