“T-Mobile introduces OnePlus Nord US models with free deals and prepaid options”

The OnePlus Nord line has finally made its way to the U.S. with two models, which will sell as a carrier exclusive on T-Mobile and its pre-paid subsidiary, Metro.

The OnePlus Nord N10 5G and OnePlus Nord N100 (LTE) will be available starting January 15, selling for $299.99 ($389.00 CAD), and $180 ($239.00 CAD) respectively. T-Mobile has, of course, coupled this launch with a tantalizing deal. Those who open a new line will get the OnePlus Nord N10 5G for free.

Metro by T-Mobile is set to announce its price and offer details for the OnePlus Nord N10 5G and OnePlus Nord N100 soon. The devices will be the brand’s first available to the pre-paid tier in the U.S.

In addition to carrier availability, the OnePlus Nord N10 5G and the OnePlus Nord N100 will be available through Best Buy, Amazon, and B&H with pre-orders starting January 8.

The OnePlus Nord N105G is the brand’s second 5G midrange device. Selling in a Midnight Ice color option, T-Mobile’s equipment payment plan allows users to pay $12.50 per month for 24-months for the smartphone.

For features, the OnePlus Nord N105G includes a Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 chip to enable 5G, 6.49-inch HD+ display with a 90hz refresh rate and dual stereo speakers, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage with MicroSD expansion up to 512GB, a 4,300mAh battery with Warp Charge 30T, and OxygenOS 10.5 software.

Its quad-camera set up includes a 64-megapixel wide-angle lens, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro lens, in addition to a 16-megapixel selfie camera.

The OnePlus Nord N100, in Midnight Frost, delves even more to the entry-level price range at $7.50 per month for 24-months EIP. OnePlus focused on LTE connectivity and a massive 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charge for this model.

Other hardware includes a Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 chip, a 6.52-inch display with dual stereo speakers, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage with MicroSD expansion, and OxygenOS 10.5 software.

Its triple camera set up includes a 13-megapixel wide-angle main lens, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor, in addition to an 8-megapixel selfie camera.

The Chinese brand truly grabbed the attention of the mobile market in 2020 with its new Nord product line, aimed to recapture OnePlus’ roots of immersing top features and affordable prices.

The original OnePlus Nord launched in July 2020 for €399 with availability, primarily in Europe, the U.K., and India. Then the OnePlus Nord N105G and OnePlus Nord N100 launched to similar markets in October with a promise of North American availability. Now that time has come, and the U.S. is seeing among the cheapest prices for the brand so far.
