TCL has announced its latest family-friendly tablet, which is now available as a Verizon exclusive, selling for just $199 in a Suede Black color option.

The TCL Tab features an 8-inch Full HD+ display with a blue light filter and dark mode, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 chip, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage with end-user space up to 24GB and MicroSD support up to 256GB, a 5,500 mAh battery with 9V2A quick charge and 17-hour average battery life, and Android 10 software.

The TCL Tab also includes an 8-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front camera, with features including HD video, real-time filters, panoramic, stop motion and pro mode.

Other features include a 3.5 mm audio jack, a capacitive fingerprint sensor in the power button, OTG reverse charging. The TCL Tab will support at least one major OS update and two years of security patch updates.
