The Poco F4 and Poco X4 GT are now official, having been announced on Thursday with mid-range pricing on a host of top specs, and repair services after purchase.
Both models feature high-end SoCs, with the Poco F4 being powered by the 7nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 and the Poco X4 GT running the 5nm MediaTek Dimensity 8100.
Other specs for the Poco F4 include a 6.67-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,300 nits, 6GB and 8GB RAM options, 128GB and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage options, in addition to a 4,500mAh battery and 67W turbo-charging, which provides a full charge in just 38 minutes.
The triple rear camera system on the Poco F4 includes a 64-megapixel main lens with optical image stabilization (OIS), a first for the brand, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. Software features for the rear camera setup include Portrait Mode, Panoramic Selfie Mode, Night Mode, AI Skyscaping 4.0, and AI Erase 2.0. The smartphone also features a 20-megapixel front-facing camera.
The Poco F4 also features dual speakers with Dolby Atmos support and will be available in Night Black, Moonlight Silver, and Nebula Green color options.
The Poco X4 GT features a 6.6-inch display FHD+ display with a 144Hz and a peak brightness 650 nits, 8GB RAM, 128GB, and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage options, and a 5,080mAh battery, which is the largest battery on Poco X series device thus far. The smartphone can provide up to two days of battery life, the brand claims, and with 67W turbo charging can reach full charge in 46 minutes.
The Poco X4 GT also has a triple rear camera system with a 64-megapixel main lens, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor, as well as a 16-megapixel front-facing camera.
Design-wise, the Poco X4 GT has a 20:5:9 aspect ratio for easy one-hand use, includes a 3.5 headphone jack, and comes in black, silver, and blue color options.
Both the Poco F4 and Poco X4 GT will be available in Asia, Europe, and the UK through various official e-commerce channels.
The Poco F4 6GB/128GB model will sell for €399 and the 8GB/256GB model for €449; however, the brand will offer early bird prices of €349 and €399 between June 27 and July 7.
The Poco X4 GT 8GB/128GB model will sell for €379 and the 8GB/256GB model for €429, with early bird prices of €299 and €349 between June 27 and July 7.
Once purchased, can cash in a one-time free screen repair service within their first six months using either the Poco F4 or Poco X4 GT. The devices also come with a two-month free trial of YouTube Premium.
