“Samsung Still Finalizing Prices for Unpacked Device Lineup”

Samsung’s Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are set to be announced at its upcoming Unpacked event on August 10, and the new wireless earbuds might sell for $230 when they hit the market, according to 9to5Google.

If accurate the price would be a $30 bump from the original Galaxy Buds Pro, which was first released in January 2021. Current rumors indicate the Galaxy Buds 2 might feature 24-bit audio, active noise canceling (ANC), multi-device connection, and transparency mode. Leaks have also revealed the earbuds’ color options as white, Graphite, and Bora Purple.

The Galaxy Buds 2 Pro will find competition in the Google Pixel Buds Pro wireless earbuds, which will be available July 28 for $200. Google’s earbuds have similar features, including ANC, multi-device connection, and transparency mode, the publication noted.

Samsung is expected to unveil its Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro smartwatches and its Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 foldable smartphones at the Unpacked event.

There are many conflicting reports about the Galaxy Watch 5 prices. Prior rumors suggested the series would be getting a price increase; however, more recent details indicate the hike might be canceled. SammyFans claims the 40 mm Galaxy Watch 5 might sell for €256 ($265), while the 44 mm model might sell for €287 ($293), and the 45 mm Galaxy Watch 5 Pro might sell for €431 ($440).

There is word that the 256GB Galaxy Z Fold 4 model might cost the same as the Galaxy Z Fold 3 of the same storage level, while a 128GB storage option would cost less if it were to be available. Other reports put the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Galaxy Z Flip 4 at prices that translate to costs less than their predecessors in U.S. figures.

While the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and the Galaxy Z Flip 3 sold for $1799 and $999 respectively, Korean reporter Dohyun Kim claims the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Galaxy Z Flip 4 will sell for $1521 and $963 for 256GB variants.
