“Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G Launches for Chinese Market With Dimensity 1100 and Gorilla Glass Victus Features”

The Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G is now official for the Chinese market as of Wednesday.

The smartphone will be available starting June 1 with its 6GB/128GB model selling for CNY 1,499 ($234). After the introduction sale, the base model will sell for CNY 1,599 ($250). Its 8GB/128GB model will sell for CNY 1,799 ($281), and its 8GB/256GB model for CNY 1,999 ($312).

The Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G features a 6.67-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus covering, the MediaTek Dimensity 1100 chip, the previously mentioned 6GB and 8GB RAM options, 128GB and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage options, a 5,000mAh battery with 67W charging (full charge in 42 minutes), and Android 11 software with a MIUI 12.5 overlay among primary specs. It’s color options include Magic Green, Moon Soul, and Star Yarn.

Its camera triple camera set up includes a 64-megapixel wide-angle lens, an 8-megapixel 120-degree ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. Its front camera is a 16-megapixel lens.

Connectivity features include its dual-SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC 3.0, and GNSS.

Powered by USB-C, the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G supports USB PD (Power Delivery) and Qualcomm QC (Quick Charge).

It also has various sensors, including a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, 360° ambient light sensor, gyroscope, ultrasonic proximity sensor, compass, and infrared sensor.

For audio, the device has Hi-Res-certified JBL-branded dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.

However, the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G lacks a 3.5mm headphone jack and MicroSD card slot.

Redmi also recently launched the Redmi Note 10 for the Indian market, starting at 1,099 yuan ($172).
