“Redmi Note 11 Series Confirmed to Feature 108-Megapixel Camera”

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 series is scheduled for launch on October 28 and the Pro level devices, are now confirmed to feature a 108-megapixel camera among their highlight specs.

The entire series is set to include the Redmi Note 11, the Redmi Note 11 Pro, and Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus, but only the latter two models are expected to include the high-end camera feature. The Samsung-made 108-megapixel lens has been a Xiaomi staple for some time now.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro models might feature a triple camera set up, in addition to the 108-megapixel wide-angle main lens, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor, as well as a 16-megapixel front camera.

Meanwhile, the standard Redmi Note 11 model is expected to feature a dual camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel lens and a 2-megapixel lens.

Rumors about the Redmi Note 11 series have been plentiful with each device expected to feature a different processor. The Redmi Note 11 is expected to run a MediaTek Dimensity 820 chip, the Redmi Note 11 Pro a Dimensity 920 chip, and the Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus a Dimensity 1200 AI chip.

All three models are expected to have 120Hz refresh rate displays; however, the Redmi Note 11 will likely have an IPS LCD panel, while the Pro models are set to feature AMOLED panels. The standard model might also be 6.6-inches in size with a 20:9 aspect ratio.

The Redmi Note 11 is expected to feature a 5,000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support, while the Redmi Note 11 Pro might feature the same battery capacity with 67W fast charging support, and the Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus might have a 4,500mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.

A recent TENAA listing has suggested the models could come in several RAM and internal storage configurations, including 4GB, 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB of RAM and 64GB, 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB of internal storage. Some reports have singled out 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage for the standard Redmi Note 11 and 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB for the Redmi Note 11 Pro.

Other features rumored for the series include JBL Symmetric Stereo, Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res Audio and Hi-Res Audio Wireless support, a side-mouthed fingerprint reader, and a headphone jack.
