News of the OnePlus 10 series is beginning to surface, suggesting the new devices will launch in the first quarter of 2022. The U.S. and Canada are expected to be among the primary markets for the series, where it might retail starting around $1,069.
Recently, leaks have surfaced about the OnePlus 10 Pro, in particular, revealing renders and specs details of the device months ahead of its prospective launch. Steve Hemmerstoffer aka OnLeaks shared the details in conjunction with the publication Zouton, giving a first look at one of OnePlus’ first devices of 2022.
The OnePlus 10 Pro might feature a triple-lens setup for its main camera, with a LED flash housed in a square-shaped module that curves over the back edge. The renders also reveal an alert slider, power button, and volume up and down buttons on the left side of the handset. While this model is shown in a matte black color the OnePlus 10 series is sure to be available in a range of color options, as the brand has been experimenting with color over several generations.
Specs associated with the OnePlus 10 Pro include a 6.7-inch Fluid AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and 120Hz refresh rate, 526 PPI, and 1,440 x 3,215 resolution, hardware options starting at 8GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, and maxing at 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, and a 5000 mAh battery with fast charging.
The device might also be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 chip. Other speculations suggest it might feature a centered hole-punch selfie camera. Its dimensions might be 163.2mm x 73.6mm x 8.7mm.
