“Samsung Galaxy A53 5G Leak Suggests Minimal Updates to Already Popular Series”

Leaks and rumors for the latest Samsung’s Galaxy A device are full swing with recent details about the Galaxy A53 5G coming from industry informant, Roland Quandt.

The leak corroborates with information that surfaced in a Chinese TENAA listing that surfaced last month and are detailed Quandt’s publication, Winfuture to develop renders of the upcoming mid-range smartphone.

The source claims that the Galaxy A53 will likely feature the Samsung Exynos 1200 chip, but Is also expected to come in a variant with a Qualcomm chip. As the name suggests, the device is set to have 5G enabled, and the Exynos chip is rumored to have a clock speed of 2.4GHz.

The Galaxy A53 might feature a 6.5-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 6GB or 8GB RAM options, and 128GB of internal storage, in addition to a 5,000mAh battery with 25W charging.

This hardware is coupled with a rear quad-camera setup including a 64-megapixel main lens, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 5-megapixel depth sensor, and a macro sensor, as well as a 32-megapixel front-facing camera.

If the specs are accurate, the overall upgrade of the Galaxy A53 would be incremental, with the processor and the battery being the biggest updates on the handset, in comparison to prior year models, such as the Galaxy A52 5G and the Galaxy A51.

The older models were already well received by consumers and media outlets suggest that Samsung s banking on a similar popularity for the Galaxy A53, especially with features such as a longer battery life. Even if the lenses are the same, they might also be tweaked for sharpness, brightness, and other ranges.

There’s currently no word on when the Galaxy A53 will be announced on available on the market.
