“OnePlus 10 Pro Release Date Teased for January 11 in Leaked Promo Video”

The OnePlus 10 Pro has been heavily leaked with an official teaser video sharing a detailed look of its camera, as well as revealing a possible release date.

The video, which surfaced on the Chinese social media website, Weibo shows the OnePlus 10 Pro in black and green color options and also reveals a launch date of January 11. While the promo backs up a January release date for the OnePlus 10 series, prior reports have suggested a January 4 unveiling.

Considering the continuing unpredictability of live events and OnePlus having decided to pull out of attending CES in person, it is likely the brand had plans to launch its OnePlus 10 Pro at a later time, likely with a virtual launch, as has become popular over recent years.

Reports have also indicated that January 4 could still be the product unveiling for the OnePlus 10 Pro, while January 11 might be its market launch.

OnePlus has not confirmed either of these dates for launches events, which could lend to them being inaccurate, due to their proximity.

Nevertheless, the leaked video showcases the triple camera rumored for the OnePlus 10 Pro, which includes Hasselblad branding and is expected to include a triple-lens set up with a 48-megapixel main lens, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a telephoto lens with 3.3x zoom.

There is also a display shot with a left-side hole punch, which is expected to house a 32-megapixel front camera. The device is rumored to feature a 6.7-inch curved display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

Other recent leaks saw the OnePlus 10 Pro on the Geekbench benchmark featuring a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chip, 12GB of RAM, and Android 12 software.

MySmartPrice also discovered the OnePlus 10 Pro having passed a 3C certification for 80W wired charging support. However, many have noted there is no clear confirmation the device will be announced with such a feature.
